Pressuring ourselves is good, it keeps us moving forwards but sometime it seems we put too much pressure on ourselves.
Life needs to be enjoyed as well as taken seriously. Too often we focus on getting things done, accomplishing goals but don't breathe and laugh during the process.
Too much pressure can stress you out, you become too narrow focused and forget to look at the big picture.
Look for the humor in what you do, even if you think you are failing at something. Doesn't mean you treat things like it's a joke... it just means you take the time to roll with the obstacles as opposed to hitting them head on.
