Healthy Meal #8

Hey everyone i hope you enjoy this breakfast!


2 eggs

Mrs. Dash
1/2 avocado, peeled
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or lime

some hot pepper sauce ( add as little as possible because most hot sauce have a high sodium, or use a diced and crushed chili pepper
1 small tomato

1/2 cup of onions
