This week I kick-started my training in two areas of resistance:
- One Sparing – by logging my first 15 minutes of sparring (yeah, my son kicked my butt)
- Two Mental Growth – by becoming a human calendar (part of my personal challenge to increase my brain power). Name any date in 2013 and I can tell you what day of the week it is without using a calendar.
I win. I am the best. (I write jokingly).
