Hello everyone as you guessed by my title i am sick, or you already
knew. Anyways last time i was sick i did the worst thing every i became
completely disengaged with all off my UBBT requirements this time i am
still doing them, but in less numbers, so instead of 200 push up and sit
up i did just 50; it was all i could handle for the time being. so if
anyone ever gets sick still try and do something, maybe 1 push up at
least for that moment you were thinking about Your UBBT promise that we
all made. Always keep engaged no matter how small it might be. Well I
hope to feel better soon and be 100% back in action.
