The timing of this really sucks. Big time! I don't know what I did,
or how I did it, but I have done something to my back. I have had back
issues before, and I am familiar with how it hurts, but this is
different. I hurts when I move, of course, but it doesn't hurt when I
am still. It does, however, hurt when I am still and then cough, sniff,
blow my nose, take a deep breath or even a heavy sigh. This leads me
to believe that maybe a pulled muscle? I really have no idea, but I
just noticed a few minutes ago while getting ready to turn in for the
night, that it is quite swollen. So I smothered it with Deep Cold, and
took some Tylenol. I will see how it is tomorrow.
The
timing really, really sucks right now. There is no way I can slow down
at this particular time, as January is full of things scheduled that
need to be done. I will do what I can to finish up the rest of the
week, and after dragon dance practice on Saturday, and my first aide,
(which I can not forget), I will try to take it easy. I will give it
what rest I can until work on Monday, and hope above all hopes, that it
improves. It has to!
Take it easy Sifu, hoping your recovery is fast but most of all, 100% healing.
