just 5 mins a morning..
I know I posted this on kwoon talk, but I need to put it here too--it so encapsulates some of the tools I've learned in the last 2 years, to help me move towards mastery, and my dreams and goals. Starting off each day--just 5 mins!--to set your energy, clear your mind and focus on whats important. Even knowing these tools, I still forget, or get busy and miss, but what a difference when I dont. I especially cant wait until my basements finished and I can put up my goal board again!
