This is a note to self time. I will get back to my reps in forms and
push ups and sit ups. Have fallen off the wagon as of lately and I will
not quit. so buck up and go do those reps. I enjoy them so should be
fun. keeping it fun goes a long way. I will endeavor to log my progress
daily again and show a good week on friday. no excuses just got lazy.
Had
hamburger helper and veggies for supper. then had the same for lunch
and a granola bar. then had a banana and an orange for snack.
Did blankets in laundry, cleaned kitchen, made bed,put away all laundry
