Had a great set of holidays. Stayed here and had a blast at Canada
day. My injury may have slowed me down but I seem to thrive on
adversity. I try harder to get what I want when it's beyond my
capabilities. So on a positive note I am finally learning to feel my
shoulders relax. I've started Tai Chi again and my injury will help
eliminate some of my bad habits. It's forced me to turn properly with
great care. But this is the correct way I should have been doing it all
along. Yay injuries we learn so much from them. I hope to be better off
for the next round of demos so I can participate this time.
Had
watermelon, nectarine and plums for breakfast. then had hot dogs for
lunch then had donair for supper and a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie
for dessert.
Did dishes took out garbage. cleared table and cleaned counters
