With the end of school, I had to do major schedule revisions this week and many of them failed miserably.
I missed a run, had to scramble to meet my usual numbers, was late for Kung Fu (unfortunately timed perfectly to be right after Sifu M. Playter's post on tardiness! I am SO sorry!!!), and worked almost 1/2 the hours I had planned to this week. End of the week and I feel completely exhausted. And yet I also feel optimistic. After all, I survived. And I achieved a lot this week.
I facilitated a planning meeting for my synagogue's Sunday School for next year. Completed 2 demos. Had an amazing Canada day with my family. Reorganized 3 rooms in my house (and cleaned them too). Cared for a sick child. Helped stuff bags for the Great White North Triathlon. And best of all, I didn't even burn the Challah today. YES! I feel good.
I have lots to improve on schedule wise for next week; but even so, I just know that this summer is going to be so AMAZING.
