Jet Lag is awful. I am still suffering. I think it would be better to travel around the world along the lines of longitude so that you never have to jump time zones; either that or walking across the latitudes so your body can adjust easier.
Took three days for the fuzzy to clear from my brain and I still feel completely wiped; however, I finally forced myself to do my pushups and situps today. Even threw in some lunges.
I need to start kicking it again as I am suppose to run 25K in 9 days! Very poorly planned vacation. Life.
