Week 15 Progress

Today for acts of kindness I made I contact with w attendants at the zoo and thanked them for their service, I did the same to the food counter clerk, I bought my sister a hotdog, I took Julia on the train and the merry-go-round at the zoo (which she loved!) and I made small talk with a lady in the gift shop.

Today I consumed: 1 piece of peanut butter and jam toast, a bagel with cream cheese, an apple and a half, half an orange, some snap peas, a small cheese, 3 chicken fingers with some fries, a cup of tea, a fancy coffee from starbucks and 6 glasses of water.
