Practice
So tonights practice was good.
Sifu Wiebe, just in case you forget, you have 2 and a half weeks for your sword.
Miss Gibbons....I'm holding up that shield before July 1st and you'd better hit it (and not me) with the dart.
For acts of kindness today: I let 4 cars in front of me, I held the elevator for someone, I gave my cat and dog treats and I fed the office fish.
Today I consumed: 1 and a half pieces of peanut butter and jam toast, a ham and cheese sandwich, some veggies, an apple, 2 pieces of cheese and 2 pieces of pepperoni and some shrimp with pasta and veggies. I drank one cup of coffee, 1 cup of tea and 5 glasses of water, and 1 beer.
