Tired. Work is crazy busy. Trying to keep up with my numbers.
Time for bed.
Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 102 pushups, 104 kicks, 2 reps tai chi, 2 reps broadsword, 8 miles
Acts of kindness: held the door for someone, brought cookies for someone, said thank you to 2 people
Today I consumed: a pastry, a banana, some snap peas and carrots, a turkey and cheese sandwich, some chicken with mixed veg, macaroni with tuna, olives and tomatos. I drank a cup of coffee, a cup of tea and 7 glasses of water.
