Basic numbers
Basic numbers: tai chi: 3, broadsword:7, pushups: 204, crunches: 202, kicks: 208
Acts of kindness: wished the secretary at the docs office a good day, let someone ahead of me in traffic, made my husband a lunch and made him breakfast.
Today I consumed: a piece of peach pie, a bagel with cream cheese, a roast beef sandwich, 2 bananas, an apple, some graham crackers and some noodles with toast. I drank a cup of coffee, 3 cups of tea and 9 glasses of water.
