What is the state of your Kung-Fu? That is the question I find myself asking. Am I where I need to be? Are things going according to plan? Honestly, no...But I'm still trying. I am still working at it. I can do this!
I've developed good habits and I just need to pick it up a little and I'll be on track. This year has had great effects on my life already. Diet changes, giving up t.v., dog walking, exercise....what a great start! Now just to implement the rest of the changes I want to do.
Acts of kindness: I gave my cat treats, I waved thank you to a driver for letting me in and I made my husband a bagel.
Today I consumed: 2 pieces of peanut butter and honey toast, a peanut butter and jam sandwich, a carrot, an apple, some graham bunnies, a granola bar and 2 pieces of peanut butter and nutella toast. I drank a cup of coffee and 2 cups of tea and 7 glasses of water.
