Thanks Romeo!
I learned something about my spinning back kick tonight.....I'm swinging it a little bit:(
How did I find this out?
I'm in the kitchen doing my thing when the dog comes in and lays down in front of me. I went to do my kick and caught his nose (he's fine don't worry) while I was coming around. Unfortunately my husband saw so now I'll never live it down...."did you just kick his face?!?"
Bah!
Have to work on getting that crane stance up!
Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 204 pushups, 208 kicks, 4 tai chi reps, 3 broadsword reps
Acts of kindness: made Julia a picnic lunch, made Mike breakfast and a lunch, phoned my gramma
Today I consumed: half a breakfast sandwich, a banana, a peanut butter and jam sandwich, some chill with bread, a slice of pie and I'm eating some toquitos right now before bed (bad I know!). I drank 23 cups of tea and 8 glasses of water and 1 beer with the toquitos.
