I've been struggling these last couple weeks to stay on my sleep schedule. Next week, after the Canada Day demo, I want to get back to the swing of things. I think a sleep schedule is important.......mmmmm...sleep!
Basic numbers: 3 reps of tai chi, 4 reps of broadsword, 208 pushups, 202 crunches, 238 kicks
Acts of kindness: let someone ahead of me in traffic, let 2 people pass me on the walking trail, made Mike breakfast and a lunch.
Today I consumed: a bagel with cream cheese, a roast beef sandwich, a banana, a boiled egg, a brownie, half a muffin and some pasta with shrimp and veg. I drank a cup of tea, a cup of coffee and 9 glasses of water.
