Hey all.
I have been absent from the blogosphere for quite a while as you have probably seen. (Or not seen...)
As is the pattern, being blog less means that I haven't been fully engaged with my Kung fu, seen by my being so behind on push-ups and sit-ups. But, let's focus more on what is good.

The tiger challenge. Competing with the black belts was one of te best experiences in this year for me. I saw it as the epitome of egoless training. We all were going against each other but you could tell that nobody was really there to win. We were tryin our best of course but to see where we are at and to have fun competing with our peers and not to take the gold. The best part was all of the laughs in sparring. Nobody was trying to go for a knockout and everybody was having a good time.
I can't wait for the next one and need to really figure out how to get more students into he competition.
