Form reps
Well it is the end of week one and the majority of my goals are on par. I am behind on my form reps I think that I have bitten a little more then I can chew. One of my goals is to complete the form reps in six months. It is going to be difficult to get them all in but I remain committed to get as many as I possible can. I don't like breaking my forms into parts because I loose the mental connection with the form so my best option is to get them done at the kwoon. I am however getting some in at home but they have to be broken up so to me they are lower quality but I have to do it just to get some numbers in. A broken form is better then no form at all. I am sore today so a rest day is very much welcome and needed. Sunday may become my new favourite day.
