We went over the 3 external harmonies and we applied them to some of
the forms. In the blue brown class last night. We looked at Da mu sing
and saw how it really helped with getting your feet and hands
harmonizing. Hung was excellent for the hips and shoulders as well as
achieving consistent stances.The third Harmonie being knees and
shoulders this was found in several places of both forms. Applying these
concepts of the six harmonies goes a long way to perfecting our forms.
I did dishes. Picked up fluff from the floor. cleaned counters. Made the bed. swept the floor.
for
breakfast I had hamburger helper with onions and mushrooms. brought
some to work for lunch and grabbed a fruit bag and an apple.
