This is the first week of I Ho Chuan for year of the horse. I began in early January getting ready. I started by putting a log book together to be able to log my requirements and goals. It has been over a month and it has now became a habit. I am logging every day or every second day. This keeps what I did fresh in my mind.
So far I am keeping up on my requirements but I still need to pick a weapon form and am looking forward to tomorrows meeting to get feedback. I think I know what I want to do, but am looking forward to know what other people are going to decide on.
I had a very busy day yesterday with class in the morning, work, time with my dogs, a meeting to help organize my sons grad and a hockey game my younger son was playing in last night. I was still able to do my form, push ups and sit ups along with logging 17K on a bike. Even a month ago I would have thought it was to much for one day. What I find myself doing is looking out a few days to a week to see what I have to accomplish then plan into my day what needs to get done.
