Quality vs quantity is, I feel always at the centre of the numbers debate. Sometimes it feels like we cant get the numbers in we would like in a manner that would put quality as a number one goal. I think part of the answer is mindfulness. If you are really in the moment you can get some measure of quality out of reps that would under normal situations be less then ideal. Mental practice does not help the physical muscle memory just as physical repetition does not always help the eye for detail or the mental awareness. A combination of the two is the most quality however that does not always seem to be practical. Doing what you can when you can however you can may just be the answer to Quality vs Quantity.
