Calming

Sitting outside enjoying the evening. So nice just to take a second and enjoy the moment. Living in the moment takes a conscious effort sometimes. After a long days work, it's easy to plop down and dull you mind with something on the tv or youtube. It's harder to immerse yourself in the moment when your tired. But I think it's worth it. Listening to the trees in the wind, the ducks, the cows, the neighbours...it's calming in a way that is stimulating. I feel content.

Basic numbers: 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword, 208 kicks, 202 crunches, 204 pushups, 5 miles

Acts of kindness: held the door for someone x 2, let a car in front of me, said hi to someone on my dog walk x 2

Today I consumed: a bagel with cream cheese,  a chicken and cheese sandwich, an apple, a banana, some snap peas and carrots, some ham with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and cabbage and some icecream with peaches. I drank 2 coffees, a cup of tea and 7 glasses of water.
