Got my practicing all done today!

Basic numbers: 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword, 208 kicks, 204 pushups, 202 crunches, 3.5 miles

Acts of kindness: held the door for someone, gave the dog a treat, let the cat out, made Mike lunch and breakfast

Today I consumed: a bowl of oatmeal, some bread with hummus, a bowl of soup with a grilled cheese, a piece of cookie. I drank a cup of coffee, 2 cups of tea and 7 glasses of water.
