A good mess up
Tonight during practice I lost my rhythm while drumming. I kept going and it ended up sounding pretty cool. It's funny how sometimes neat things can be found when things don't go as planned. I just hope I can pull it off in the dance. It's kind of tricky.
Basic numbers: 5 reps tai chi, 5 reps broadsword, 51 pushups, 52 kicks, 3 miles
Acts of kindness: gave the dog extra pets, helped someone, complimented someone
today I consumed: 2 pieces of peanut butter toast, an apple, half an orange, 2 pieces of buttered toast with some chinese food, and a saigon sub with veggies and fries. I drank a cup of coffee and 9 glasses of water.
