So sore!
I'm really sore from yesterday. Had to back off on my pushups.
I heard this is called a "workout hangover" or something to that effect. Guess I did get a new year's hangover then...a really painful one!
Basic numbers: 203 crunches, 206 kicks, 102 pushups, 10 reps tai chi, 10 reps broadsword, 3.2 miles, 1 dog walk
Acts of kindness: gave the cat and dog treats, edited something for someone, gave someone a gift, shared my food with Julia
Today I consumed: 3 helpings of chinese food and a bowl of broccoli soup with toast. I drank 3 cups of coffee, half a can of pop and 8 glasses of water. Not the best day healthy-eating-wise.
