lots of practice
Got lots of practicing in today which was good. My bodies really tired. I think I'll sleep well. I've been working on memorizing that mastery poem. It's tricky to remember it. I like it, it's just hard to repeat it word for word. I'm still working on it.
Basic numbers: 10 reps tai chi, 10 reps broadsword, 222 crunches, 204 pushups, 208 kicks, 5 miles
Acts of kindness: gave the dogs treats 3x, gave the cat treats, made Mike lunch, danced with Julia
Today I consumed: 3 cheese and tomato sandwiches, an orange, a banana, a bowl of oatmeal, some toast with a few bites of noodles, roast with noodles and corn. I drank 3 cups of coffee, a beer and 7 glasses of water.
