Basic numbers


Basic numbers: 203 crunches and sit-ups, 211 kicks, 215 pushups, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword

Acts of kindness: helped my brother get his new truck, did someone a favour, made Mike breakfast and lunch, picked some berries for Julia

Today I consumed: a banana, half an orange, an apple, some blueberries, some broccoli, some spinach, some beets and chia seeds with whey powder (a smoothy). A turkey and cheese sandwich, a biscuit, some leftover casserole and some instant noodles with toast and cottage cheese. I drank 2 cup of coffee, 1 cup of tea and 9 glasses of water.
