Requirements


So I've been thinking about the requirements for third degree. I need to start practicing some of my other forms hardcore if I'm going to be ready. So much to do, so little time. At least I've been practicing tai chi. Otherwise I'd be hooped. It's funny how you can get so caught up in the I Ho Chuan requirements you forget the basic basic stuff.
Time to step it up.

Basic numbers: Rest day
Acts of kindness: dog sat my brothers dog, picked Julia some strawberries and shared my meal with someone, gave the dogs belly rubs, tickled Julia.

Today I consumed: 2 pieces of peanut butter and jam toast, one tims breakfast sandwich and hash brown, 2 doughnuts, some cheese and crackers, some butter chicken with fries, some bread pudding, half a banana, one cup of coffee, 2 cups of tea and 6 glasses of water. Man I ate a lot of carbs today! Kind of ridiculous....no wonder my tummy is rumbly.
