Sundays blog and today
Totally thought I posted this, but I guess not.....
Yesterday:
Body is sore....definitely needs a rest.
Basic numbers: REST Day
Acts of kindness: gave the pets treats, made pancakes for Julia and Mike, said hello to someone at the dog park
I consumed: 2 pancakes with syrup, some macaroni and cheese with peas, a sausage with onions and perigees with sour cream, cottage cheese and beets. I drank a cup of coffee and 7 glasses of water.
Today:
Starting to like this smoothy business....
Basic numbers: 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword, 204 pushups, 202 crunches, 208 kicks
Acts of kindness: let someone ahead of me in traffic, picked some saskatoons for Julia, sent a coworker instructions for using some equipment
Today I consumed: a smoothy (strawberries, beet juice, blueberries, 1 banana, spinach, whey protein and chia seeds), a turkey and cheese sandwich, an apple, a banana, a sausage with perigees and pees with sour cream and cottage cheese and 2 pieces of blueberry pie. I drank 2 cups of coffee and 8 glasses of water.
