Scheduling


I'm trying to find a schedule that works for me. I know that by this point I should have everything worked out, but I don't quite yet. I've been getting my numbers in, but lately it's been before bed at the end of the day. I want to try and switch it to the morning again...
I'm sure it's been a struggle for everyone on the team...trying to balance work, family time and Kung-Fu. I wish I could say I've found the answer, but I haven't yet. Although it was way easier when I did things in the morning like Sifu Brinker suggested. But that means getting up at 5:30.....:(

Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 208 kicks, 204 pushups, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword

Acts of kindness: gave the cat and dog treats, made Mike lunch and breakfast, gave Julia a piece of candy...she loved it!

Today I consumed: 2 pieces of peanut butter and jam toast, some macaroni and cheese with peas, a piece of blueberry pie and some biscuit casserole with homemade biscuits. I drank a cup of tea and 8 glasses of water.
