Thanks!


Thanks for all of the smoothy tips. I'm going to try another one tomorrow. I'll see how it goes.

Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 208 kicks, 204 pushups, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword

Act of kindness: made Mike breakfast and a lunch, gave the cat and dog treats, made tea for my Dad

Today I consumed: a bowl of oatmeal with honey and milk, some macaroni and cheese, some blueberries, a cookie, half a muffin, some cheese and crackers with pepperoni, a couple pieces of beef jerky, some chicken with carrots with potatoes. I drank 2 cups of tea, a cup of coffee, half an icecap from tims and 8 glasses of water.
