Stupid shoulder!


Doctors appointments this week...yay! Annual check up time again.
When I went in to see my oncologist for the check up, she checked my back as said that my right side by my shoulder seems swollen. Now I have to go for a cat scan to make sure it's just swelling. Sucky.
Maybe I should have told her it could be from all the pushups I've been doing...not to mention the broadsword. I said I'd been working out, but she said that shouldn't matter.
Although last time I saw her she said I shouldn't even use that arm to stir soup.
I'm pretty sure it's nothing but my shoulder acting up. I'll see what they say after the cat scan...might have to space my reps out more or do smaller sets and give my shoulder a break. Maybe I've been pushing it too hard and it's getting damaged.
Stupid shoulder!

Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 204 pushups, 208 kicks, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword

Acts of kindness: took Julia for a walk, brought my in-laws her stroller to use, made Mike breakfast and lunch, gave Romeo a belly rub, ran an errand for someone, danced with Julia

Today I consumed: a smoothy ( a carrot, some broccoli, some peas, some spinach, some blueberries and a banana), a bowl of cream of cauliflower soup, a slice of cinnamon loaf, a smoky on a bun with potato salad. I drank a cup of coffee, a cup of tea and 7 glasses of water.
