Miss San Sou:(


Sad that I missed the San Sou class last night. I heard it was a great class. I wish I could go to it more consistently. I'll have to start making it a priority. I've enjoyed it every time I've gone, but it's hard when I'm there 4-5 nights already.... trying to balance everything!

Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 204 pushups, 208 kicks, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword, 3.5 miles (and 3 miles yesterday)

Acts of kindness: held the door for someone, made Mike lunch and breakfast and tickled Julia

Today I consumed: a bran muffin, a smoothy (mixed berries, beats, banana, whey powder, chia seeds), a turkey and cheese sandwich, an apple, a pastry and some beef stew with 2 whole wheat buns. I drank a cup of coffee, 2 cups of tea and 7 glasses of water.
