One more sleep!
Bootcamp is tomorrow.
I remember going to the first bootcamp before I got my blackbelt. It was so much fun. I remember the guys I was training with at the time. Most of them are gone now, but I remember how much fun we had together. Such great memories.
I hope tomorrow this years batch of students make great memories too. I hope they have a good time.
It's weird to think back to when I was a sihing going to bootcamp and now I'm going to the bootcamp to instruct. Definitely a change in perspective.
Basic numbers: 0 crunches, 102 pushups, 104 kicks, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword
Acts of kindness: let someone ahead of me in traffic, offered to help someone at work, wished the pharmacist a nice day, held the door for someone, made Mike breakfast and lunch.
Today I consumed: a smoothy (broccoli, apple, blueberries, banana, whey powered and chia seeds), a turkey and cheese sandwich, a doughnut, a bowl of butternut squash soup, some peas, rice and chicken and an individual pizza. I drank a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, 7 glasses of water and half a beer.
