Fun times at open training
Had a really fun time working on my fan stuff with Sihing Langer at open training. Not many people were there though. Still, super fun times....thanks for being an awesome bad guy Sihing!
On a side note...considering going vegetarian for the month of August. See what all the fuss is about.
Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 208 kicks, 204 pushups, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword
Acts of kindness: made Romeo some special dog food, dog sat my brothers dog, took Julia on our dog walk.
Today I consumed: 2 pieces of peanut butter and jam toast, a few bites of poutine, some macaroni with hotdogs and peas, some potato salad, some cottage cheese and some carrot salad with nuts. I drank 2 cups of coffee, a cup of tea and 7 glasses of water
