Super tired. My body just feels drained. Gonna have a cup of tea, do some studying and go to bed.

Acts of kindness: let 2 people in front of me while driving, bought my Mom and sister breakfast, paid for my sister to come to the pool. Took Julia swimming.
Today I consumed: some eggs benedict with hashbrowns and toast, some mushroom soup with a bun, some salad with chicken and 6 mini brownies. I drank a cup of coffee, 3 cups of tea and 8 glasses of water
