San Sou was super fun tonight.
Although there wasn't many people there....wink wink nudge nudge to the I Ho Chuan guys!
I was worried about the class originally (I was kind of intimidated), but the class is great and everyone goes at their own pace with no pressure to do take-downs. I've been really enjoying it when I can go.
So....see you guys all next Tuesday?
Basic numbers: 204 pushups, 202 crunches, 248 kicks, 20 flying kicks, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword, 50 minutes sparring.
Acts of kindness: made Mike breakfast and lunch, gave the cat and dog treats, danced with Julia, said hi twice to people on our walk.
Today I consumed: 2 pieces of peanut butter and jam toast, a bagel with cream cheese, some macaroni with beans and peas and a hotdog and a half. I drank a half a cup of coffee, 2 cups of tea and 9 glasses of water.
