Lazy day
Lazy day today in regards to numbers but I did get the house cleaned.
Basic numbers: 101 crunches, 52 kicks, 102 pushups, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword
Acts of kindness: made Mike breakfast and lunch, gave my cat and dog treats and picked Julia some strawberries
Today I consumed: 2 pieces of peanut butter and nutella toast, some macaroni and cheese, some pepperoni and cheese, some apple, some pasta with shrimp, 2 cookies and 2 bites of steak. I drank 2 cups of tea and 8 glasses of water.
