Smoothy 2
I tried the smoothy thing again today. I put a banana, some blueberries, spinach and whey protein and water. It turned out ok. I didn't even taste the protein or spinach. Turned out a lot better.
I think I'll get better at this smoothy thing with more practice.
It will definitely help increase my fruit and veg consumption. While I was drinking it I thought back to where I was 6 months ago and what I was eating. Fast food garbage and potato chips. What a change! Now I drink smoothies!
The I Ho Chuan this year has sure changed stuff for the better!
Basic numbers: 265 pushups, 202 crunches, 208 kicks, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword
Acts of kindness: said hi to stranger, made Mike breakfast and a lunch, loaned someone some books.
Today I consumed: a banana, some blueberries, some spinach and whey protein, a turkey and cheese sandwich, another banana, 2 chocolate chip cookies, a muffin, some shrimp pasta with veg and 2 peices of peanut butter and nutella toast. I drank one cup of coffee, one cup of tea and 9 glasses of water.
