Better numbers


Did good today. Back on track.
Even managed to get my forms done before Julia got up...big help.

Basic numbers: 202 crunches, 204 pushups, 208 kicks, 4 reps tai chi, 4 reps broadsword

Acts of kindness: gave the dog and cat treats, brought Julia on the dog walk and mad Mikes' breakfast

Today I consumed: a smoothy (banana, apple, blueberries, broccoli, spinach, strawberries, whey powder and chia seeds) a turkey and cheese sandwich, a doughnut, some potato salad with bread and one hotdog with cheese. I drank a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, one beer and 7 glasses of water.
