This is was a piece of advice that I was once given. It tends to have a nice universal application to all life struggles. I have adapted my staff form to my injury successfully and now have a complete form that I can start getting form reps in. It is nice not to have to drop this form of my list of things to accomplish because I really wanted to perfect it this year and make it a solid part of my technical skill base. As a team we already appear to be struggling. What has helped me so far is my push ups, sit ups and blogging. Push ups keep me physically engaged in the process while The blogging keeps me mentally engaged in the process. It can be hard to see where you are slipping when you are in the thick of things however if you look at those two requirements and how you are progressing with them it gives you a starting point. The push up challenge was a good challenge for me it allowed me to boost my numbers and a chance to test the water for one of my requirements. One of my requirements is to accomplish 2740 push ups and sit-ups in a single day. I am going to attempt this during the pandemonium this year. I spaced my sets in half hour chunks and was able to maintain sets of at least 70 push ups and sit ups in a set. If I can keep that up for a day I should be able to accomplish my goal in twenty hours. Looks Like I am in for a long night in the near future.
