Well it has been a busy week so far. On Tuesday I got rear ended and had
to spend the day dealing with that, an insurance estimator is suppose
to be here to evaluate the damage to my car but the care is so old I
don't know what they will say. No injures just very time consuming. My
knee has locked up on me seven time now since the injury and I have went
to get some test done. An ultrasound, and an x-ray. Both test will most
likely come back negative and then they will hopefully send me for a
much needed MRI. They will not find anything on the other two tests
because the injury is most likely some torn cartilage and will require
surgery to be removed from my knee. On the up side I have found my
missing staff. My form feels much better with it and the moves in the
form are a lot better when I have a weapon that suits me and not someone
else. Doing good on my push ups and sit ups. My goal this year for them
was fifty thousand in six months. So far I am on track and I think a
little ahead with over eleven thousand of each. My kicks not so much,
every time I think I am ready to start them on my right leg again my
left knee locks up on me and requires more time to heal. And that's
where I am at with those healing me knee and waiting for the next
opportunity. I was reading the blog today, some of you guys are way
behind on your blogging. That means your mental engagement is low, which
will soon if not already start effecting your physical engagement (AKA
push ups and sit up). You would be surprised what a little blogging can
do for your push ups and you Kung-Fu in general. Speaking of which it is
time for another set.
