I have been blogging as much as possible and I was dead set against
it at first. However I am starting to see the value of it. sitting down
and writing about kung fu is not so hard. By doing this I am mindful of
it much more often so I try to do things on the list of requirements.
By blogging it keeps everything front and center for me.For those of you
who think you have nothing to say, just sit down and answer one theory
question. then post and voila you have just blogged. If you go back to
my first ones that is how I got better at this. So keep trying and you
will see results. once a week is minimum try every second day to get the
habit. Try it you'll like it. I'm starting to wonder how I did without
this wonderful blogging.
I did dishes, cleaned the table swept the floor, took out garbage.
Had hamburger fro supper then beef and rice teriyaki for lunch and a bag of fruit.
