We have been working a lot on foot work and I'm noticing my center is
staying low without over extending my reach. I'm finding by
concentrating on proper foot work I have become more aware of my
centering. This is fascinating because it revolves around the six
harmonies and getting them to stay in sync.Having my shoulders in sync
with the hips I can effectively ground my force vectors to go through my
foot all the way up to the fist. All these great benefits by practicing
our foot work. Staying in my center is not so challenging with proper
foot work.
Did dishes ,took out the garbage, cleaned counters.
Had
pork chops for supper with salad then took sandwich for lunch had fruit
bag for snack and 2 crescent rolls.I've even managed to stay away from
Timmies this week.
